At Tulle Clothing, we understand that finding the perfect bridal or occasion wear is as important as the special moments they’re designed for. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our returns policy ensures the process is as seamless as the draping of our tulle designs.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and unworn. Like the careful craftsmanship of our bridal separates, we handle each return with precision and care.
Important Exceptions
To maintain the integrity of our special occasion wear, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bespoke/custom-sized garments from our Bridal Collection or made-to-measure items
- Final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Intimate apparel and bodysuits from our Mesh collection
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit your request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request”
- Include details using our return request template below
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship your return using the provided label to our Salisbury atelier

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- Standard shipping fees apply for the replacement item
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Customs/duties are non-refundable
- We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your delicate tulle or sequin piece arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
