Each order is carefully prepared at our Salisbury atelier within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer two elegant shipping solutions to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding certain Asian and remote regions.

Our Return Promise

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, our returns policy ensures the process is as seamless as the draping of our tulle designs.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Unworn and unaltered

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our special occasion wear, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke/custom-sized garments from our Bridal Collection
  • Made-to-measure items
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Intimate apparel and bodysuits from our Mesh collection

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  2. Include details using our return request template below
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship your return using the provided label to our Salisbury atelier

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the replacement item
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense
  • Customs/duties are non-refundable
  • We recommend using tracked shipping with insurance

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your delicate tulle or sequin piece arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
