3.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care in describing our bridal and occasion wear collections (including bridesmaid dresses, evening wear, and special collections like The Tulle Collection and The Wedding Edit). However, slight variations in colour, texture, or detailing may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our garments.

3.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3.3 Special Orders

Bespoke/custom-sized garments from our Bridal Collection and made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at time of order.

4.4 Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared at our Salisbury atelier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5.3 Delivery Issues

Please inspect your delivery immediately. Report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items if:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn and unaltered
• Not from our non-returnable categories (bespoke, made-to-measure, final sale, intimate apparel)

6.2 Return Process

Email [email protected] with “Return Request” in the subject line within 15 days of delivery. Include your order details and reason for return.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items. Standard shipping fees apply for replacement items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site (including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Tulle Clothing and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

Our delicate tulle and mesh designs are original creations. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use constitutes infringement.

Our garments are designed for special occasions. Tulle Clothing is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use or care of our products.

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
